Job Duties:
The employer is: DOIRE DRESS LIMITED.
Customer service administration; answer calls and respond to email enquiries.
Customer care; meet a greet customers every day.
Managing the online appointments calendar on Google Suite.
Taking credit card payments and providing clients with digital receipts.
Ensuring clients have received all relevant paperwork and after care information.
You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grades A-C including Maths and English.
Candidates must have strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience in communicating with customers is necessary.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Experience of Google Suite is necessary specifically Gmail, Google.
Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google drive.

Job Duties:

Fabric cutting and preparation.
Reading and Understanding Computer Aided design specifications and designers instructions before starting each embroidery project.
Reading and understanding project specifications and clients needs before starting each embroidery project.
Selecting the thread, fabric, and materials appropriate to each project.
Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process.
Maintaining the hygiene standards of the workplace.
You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grades A-C including Maths and English.
Candidates must have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to prioritise workload.
The ability to read and understand instructional manuals and project plans.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience as an embroidery machine operator or experience working with fabrics would be desirable but not necessary as full training will be available for specific machinery and software.
