Job Duties:

The employer is: DOIRE DRESS LIMITED.

  • Customer service administration; answer calls and respond to email enquiries.

  • Customer care; meet a greet customers every day.

  • Managing the online appointments calendar on Google Suite.

  • Taking credit card payments and providing clients with digital receipts.

  • Ensuring clients have received all relevant paperwork and after care information.

  • You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grades A-C including Maths and English.

  • Candidates must have strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Experience in communicating with customers is necessary.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritise workload.

  • Experience of Google Suite is necessary specifically Gmail, Google.

  • Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google drive.

Embroidery Machine Assistant

Job Duties:

The employer is: DOIRE DRESS LIMITED.

  • Fabric cutting and preparation.

  • Reading and Understanding Computer Aided design specifications and designers instructions before starting each embroidery project.

  • Reading and understanding project specifications and clients needs before starting each embroidery project.

  • Selecting the thread, fabric, and materials appropriate to each project.

  • Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process.

  • Maintaining the hygiene standards of the workplace.

  • You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grades A-C including Maths and English.

  • Candidates must have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritise workload.

  • The ability to read and understand instructional manuals and project plans.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Experience as an embroidery machine operator or experience working with fabrics would be desirable but not necessary as full training will be available for specific machinery and software.
